Erika Diane Johnson is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT and Registered Childrens Yoga Teacher RCYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS and Registered Childrens Yoga School RCYS respectively She teaches Beginners Intermediate and Advanced level classes and specializes in Yin and Restorative yoga as well as Childrens and Teens Yoga as per her specialty In addition to this she graduated New World School of the Arts High School Miami FL in Musical Theater before earning her BFA in Acting from Southern Methodist University Dallas TX after she was trained in classical ballet resume available and competitive gymnastics through USGF Level Outside of teaching Yoga she also instructs Ballet Jazz Tap Acrobatics Acting Musical Theater and a variety of somewhat other niche crossover classes in the physical arts Aerial Acrobatics Shakespeare Stage Combat etc She completed her yoga teacher trainings with Yoga Farm Ithaca RYT and Yoga Ed in Honolulu RCYT She completed her Advanced Yoga Training with My Vinyasa Practice in TX RYT and an Aerial Yoga training with AntiGravity She currently teaches "Aerial Acrobatics" with Cirque Art Studio Miami and ballet and acro at MVSA Miami When shes not teaching she can be seen clowning around weekly as Dr Mary Posa at Nicklaus Childrens Hospital via Healthy Humor Inc and performing traditional Bavarian Schuhplattler dances around South Florida with the Original Auerhahn Schuhplattlers of Miami Meet yourself wherever you are on and off the mat Namaste.
