Erin Annarella-Kreidler has been teaching yoga full-time since 2008.
She has over 6000 hours of teaching and has taught over 300 hours in private sessions. Erin works in both heated and unheated studios and teaches online as well through her Yogafolk classes. Erin specializes in form-based teaching and cues with a very personal and accessible approach. She is able to teach advanced asana and beginners as well and has a reputation for energy and teaching a full class that feels like a private session. Her hope is that every student in the room learns something new with each class. Specialized styles are Traditional Hot (formerly Bikram), and Power Vinyasa. Erin opened her own studio in rural Western PA where there was no yoga studio for miles and was thrilled to keep it humming for years until her family relocated to Illinois. Erin is opening a studio in 2023 and teaching in-person and online.
