Her mission for over a decade has been to empower clients through greater awareness and functional wellness education. Erin values her 10+ years as a clinical massage therapist and 20+ years of practicing yoga and centers her classes around how breath guides and facilitates movement, alignment for healthy joints, and the importance of how the body and mind influence each other. Her goal is for her students to have greater confidence and fortitude as they step off the mat and into the world around them
