I have been practicing yoga for the better part of a decade and recently became a -RYT I am currently based in Scottsdale Arizona but hope to deepen my practice and further my knowledge by traveling and teaching yoga in all parts of the world My intention is to share the benefit of yoga with whoever I can reach It has changed my life in so many unimaginable ways I live with intention and compassion I dont wait for adventure to find me I seek it everywhere!
