Gugliuzza, BS, LMT, CST, RYT-500 Licensed Massage Therapist since 1996. Yoga studies at the Himalayan Institute of Buffalo, NY Graduate 2015. YTT-500 Yoga Teacher Training graduate 2018 at HI in Buffalo, NY. I have been practicing Yoga since 1997 for many reasons; the truth and benefits; such as: Increasing my lung capacity, cleansing of organs and the body of toxins, and for the stillness for my mind for better concentration and decision making and less reaction to emotions. Yoga has also led to relief of my low back, knee and neck pain from several car accidents, years ago. Yoga has transformed all my suffering into a new found freedom of self realization, a healthy lifestyle, sound sleep and peace within which has helped me to gain more happiness which is the goal of yoga!!! Yoga helps to transform and change or rid of old habit patterns from; trauma, addictions, pain, and emotional reactions, into new experiences that help to assimilate, digest all attachments that are grooved into our unconscious, thus creating space of surrendering opening up within and nourishing our heart into happy! Hatha yoga & Ashtanga Yoga ( 8 limbs of yoga) to help one lead to wisdom, knowledge of self which includes: purity, contentment, self-discipline, self-study and self-surrender. All to help regain balance in life. When using pranayama (yogic breathe work) and Hatha yoga ( posture body work) including meditation postures we bring a sense of wellness and wholeness of each student as to build up health and self-awareness. Yoga leads one to direct experiences of his inner Self, his true identity. With such realization comes liberation from all human imperfections. I currently practice everyday on my home mat as well as offer Hatha yoga classes at home office studio since 2004.
