You will often find seniors in my classes practicing alongside athletes. I am passionate about meditation, fitness, anatomy, and holistic health. Furthering my dedication to sharing the gift of yoga, I am part of the teaching team at Mindful Teacher Training in subjects including philosophy, anatomy, and history. I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Sound Healer in the state of FL.
