Erin Rauscher is the founder and owner of Yes Power Yoga She is a certified yoga teacher ERYT- with Yoga Alliance  Yoga has created a huge shift in Erin&#;s life  It has brought awareness around judgement and reaction Joy and love have replaced anger and resentment  In her classes you will discover your personal power through teachings of love and acceptance Erin started practicing yoga in while teaching middle school in Washington DC  She didn&#;t become serious about yoga or practicing until around when she discovered power vinyasa yoga  It was love at first class!  She received her RYT- in March of and began teaching at Dancing Mind Yoga Falls Church VAShe continued her yoga education by attending Foundations of the Flow Boston MA and Level Bootcamp Catskills NY with Baron Baptiste She has attended the Yoga Journal Conference in Estes Park CO and started her RYT- track with Live Love Teach Erin has a passion for yoga and regularly attends classes by master teachers; always looking for ways to bring more to her students.
