Erin Strickland

Currently, I do not instruct at a studio, but teach private clients in Kunga, beginner, gentle, and restorative yoga. As of I moved away from my beach home for the first time to the giant landlocked city of Atlanta, GA where I now teach community yoga to members of the International Cinematographer's Guild. Yoga came into my life in college and changed it for the better, which led me to seek more knowledge of yoga by becoming a teacher. This way I could bring the same joy of yoga to others! In 2014 I suffered a spinal injury (unrelated to yoga) that crippled my personal practice. However, it has made me a better teacher, because I have learned to slow down and to teach a much safer practice. Through yoga and physical therapy my spinal recovery has progressed immensely, though there is still a long way to go.
