Practicing since 2003, Erin found yoga after undergoing gastric bypass surgery. At that time she weighed nearly 400 lbs. Using the Art of yoga, she began the process of self discovery. Everyday is a day of learning healthier ways to live in the world. Erin maintains a graceful personal asana practice inspired by vinyasa, ashtanga and prana flow. In her teaching she incorporates mindful asana, a light-hearted perspective that includes concepts from the yoga sutras, mantras, and live music. Lead teacher in Lucky Cat Yoga Teacher Training Program. She is an invited guest teacher for Bella Prana Yoga & Meditation 200hr and 300hr YTT Erin completed her 300 hours at Asheville Yoga Center and dedicates her teaching to her gurus Eric Wheeler, Michael Johnson and Michilene Berry. Assisted YTT programs at Yoga Loft & Evolation Tampa yoga. Erin leads creative yoga classes for all ages, such as bhakti, glow yoga, power, Dark Wave Yoga, House of Yoga,prenatal, kids’ yoga, yoga 101, hot flow, chair, meditation yoga, and other thematic classes.
