Estelle Rhodes discovered yoga while studying music at Utah State University Estelle went on to complete at -Hour Yoga Teacher Training under the direction of Camille Litalien and Emily Parkinson Perry shortly after graduating from USU In May of she took a two week trip to Kerala India to further her study of yoga and Ayurveda Estelle also holds a Bachelors degree in Violin Performance from USU and runs her how violin studio in Cache Valley Outside of her teaching Estelle enjoys hiking with her husband and cooking Estelle Rhodes is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS.
