Eszter Koch

  Eszter is a Vinyasa practitioner who respects the core technique of the Krishnamacharya lineage (pranayama, asana, bandha, meditation) while being true to other influences that have deepened her yoga experience: from Chakra Dance to Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork, and her extensive travels around the world. She teaches flow yoga integrating alignment and intuition, strength and fluidity, meditation and wisdom, allowing her students to realize their true potential. She also loves Yoga Dance as it allows her and her students to experience self-realization and awakening.  Her students discover how to harmonize Shakti/Chi to enhance immune system and hormonal health, balance mental energy, and stimulate higher consciousness.  Eszter received her ZUMBA and Zumbatomic teaching certification in 2010, and has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2011. She has been initiated into Nuad Borarn / Thai Yoga Bodywork by “Mukti” Michael Back at the Vedic Conservatory in 2011. Further, Eszter completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training program with Inner Domain under Neva Ingalls.  This study sparked Eszter’s interest in the holistic science of Ayurveda, India’s traditional system of health.  Eszter has a life-long commitment to helping people find their own path to health and joy.  Eszter has learned to relax and trust the movement of life, consciously allowing herself to ”go with the flow” and enjoy life.
