I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance from Spain, but living in the United States.
So, I am able to teach both in Spanish and English. I teach different styles, but I feel more comfortable teaching gentle vinyasa flows. I also completed a training of Trauma-informed yoga and Somatic Movement and I love to introduce both in my classes. Yoga is for everyone and it is not just about the yoga asanas, but about the sensations that arise doing those asanas. Let’s spread the love for yoga around the globe and watch the magic happening!
