I became a registered yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance in 2012 after my training with Lotus Pond in Tampa, Florida.
An amazing experience that deepened my connection with myself and others. Yoga is something I incorporate into my daily lives and share with others with passion. I currently teach and own YIN Wellness through which I have been joined by great teachers who share their practice of yoga with the Harmony/St. Cloud community.
