Ewa Josefsson

She regularly hosts yoga teacher trainings, workshops, hypnosis healing sessions and yoga retreats all over the world. With dual certifications, she has participated as a student in over 800 hours yoga teacher training certified Skanda Yoga (500 hour) and Jivamukti Yoga (300 hour), professionally teaching yoga full-time since 2012. She have also been a part of several yoga teacher trainings, including Green Monkey, Tropical Vinyasa and currently she is one of the co-teachers of the Mimi Yoga Teacher Training 200 hour in Miami, Florida. Born and raised in Gothenburg, Sweden, Ewa Josefsson moved to New York City at the age of 25. She arrived there as a journalist, working in the fields of fashion, art and travels. Shortly after arriving to the US she found the practice of yoga and soon became a yoga teacher herself. She’s the mother of Rumi, a four-year-old boy. Ewa Josefsson is a published author and openly shares her own life-story of living with, and healing from, complex trauma. When teaching group classes, she leads a both grounding and uplifting vinyasa flow class with hypnotic suggestions.
