About
Since 2003, I have been practicing yoga as a means to improve my physical balance due to an inner ear condition that affects my equilibrium.
My first teacher, Kevin Sharpe, introduced me to Integral yoga, which emphasizes the mind-body connection. Through consistent practice, I discovered that yoga offered more than just physical benefits. Initially, I disregarded the mental and emotional aspects, but over time, I noticed positive changes in my patience, judgment, compassion, and stress levels. Learning to embrace gradual change has allowed me to view others and myself with greater flexibility. Throughout the years, I have explored various yoga styles and studied with numerous teachers, but Integral yoga holds a special place in my heart. In 2014, I decided to deepen my knowledge by completing the Integral RYT200 program with Ren Fields, which I successfully finished in December of the same year. My teaching objective is to assist individuals in achieving the balance I have found, both on and off the yoga mat.
