Evie Urquhart, MAEd., RYT 500, is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Evie completed her advanced yoga training at the Himalayan Institute, Honesdale, PA and completed the "Dynamic Gentle Yoga" teacher training with Rudy Peirce, E-RYT 1000, in November, 2019.Evie teaches in Roanoke, VA. She completed some training in Viniyoga and has a certificate in Dynamic Gentle® Yoga, beyond her 500 hr training, completed at the Himalayan Institute In addition to being a yoga instructor, Evie is certified as a facilitator of Restorative Breathwork®, (Barratt Breath Institute), Divine Sleep®/Yoga Nidra, (Kripalu), and was a Licensed Professional Counselor for 22 years before retiring in 2020.
