As a high-energy human, her favorite classes to teach are Hot Power Yoga and Hot Lift’N’Flow, but she can get down with (hot or non-heated) vinyasa and gentle flows as well. Farin is certified in Vinyasa, Chromatic I and Chromatic II yoga. She is an E-RYT 200, RYT-500, and YACEP (Continuing Education Provider) with Yoga Alliance. She is a lead yoga teacher trainer at Tower Yoga, a Registered Yoga School.
