About
A lifelong practitioner turned teacher, Felicia focuses her time working with people who love the idea of yoga, but don't know how to access what yoga offers.
She specializes in making classes accessible for older adults, those with chronic pain, limited flexibility, and those with no yoga experience. She's passionate about helping others find the rewards of regular practice, the powerful union of mind and body. Use of chairs, walls and other props as supportive tools in her classes make them more accessible to all and also enables a deepening of practice. Private and semi private classes are available. In addition to teaching yoga, Felicia is a practicing board certified nutrition consultant. She believes that the integration of good nutrition with regular movement and smarter lifestyle choices enables a person to thrive at every age.
