Felicia Schmid is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She is a yoga teacher at the master advanced level, a certified with IAYT and a certified Ayurveda practitioner and health educator with NAMA. She has been a student of yoga since 1998 and an educator since 2002. She has studied alignment based practices extensively to help enhance her yoga teachings and has certifications in such fields of study. She studied extensively with Lotus Yoga Center, Joseph LePage, Gabrilel Halpern, Indu Arora, Poonam Gupta, Vaidya Mishra, Patricia Layton...to name a few, and has attended numerous workshops with other Master level leaders in the field. She offers Yoga & Wellness Retreats, workshops as well as mentoring and is a welcomed guest presenter in teacher training programs. My biggest joy is in helping others find clarity through the practice of Yoga and Ayurveda to Embrace All that Is and All that Can Be.
