Fiji McAlpine is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS Since Fiji has been teaching yoga with the ultimate intention to guide students into the flow to open their hearts and bodies by moving with rather than against the flow and use its momentum to take them where we need to go in their practice and ultimately their lives Fijis classes focus on Vinyasa flow infused with power strength and precision Her classes are a strong practice allowing students to face challenges with support and guidance and inspiring them to move forward fearlessly and consciously She is truly a student both in life and in yoga everyday there is something learned an idea that keeps her passionate about living Over the past decade her practice has helped her through personal transformation learning to appreciate all the experiences relationships and destinations that have been woven together to create the tapestry of life Every thread has a story and helps to make the whole stronger.
