Fiona Fenix Davis came to the practice of yoga during a pivotal time in her life Being on her mat offered a place to process grief and to learn the worthiness of being As a Crossfit Level One coach she gravitated towards learning proper alignment and desired to take her studies deeper While working as a coach and personal trainer at a functional fitness training facility she decided to pursue the path of a teacher After completing her HR teacher training at Thee House of Yoga in central Florida Fiona moved back home to the Sonoran Desert where she resides with her children and fur baby As a private yoga teacher she focuses her students on the power of self love through movement and meditation Utilizing Kundalini yoga as the primary vehicle of transformation Fiona leads her students through the practice of embodying and flowing through stuck emotions Students focus on tapping into their own inner knowing and the wisdom of the natural world all around us.
