Frances Baby Kramer

My name is Frances - better known as Baby K and in Kundalini Yoga Sisa Devi. I am trained in Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin, Yoga for Cancer, Breathwork, Facilitation, Meditation, and Sound Clearing. I am located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Influenced by my mentors, peers, environment, and lived experiences in different cultures and countries I aim to bring these unique experiences into each of my classes. Through pranayama, meditation, and asana my intention is to have participants in my class find a space for movement, expression, and breath. My classes are in English and some Sanskrit, with music when i feel it adds a dimension to a certain class (breathwork, restorative), and with guided meditation). I try to give minimal demonstration and try to have you be present in the moment by trusting you feeling the cuing and assists from me if needed and accepted. I aim to live an authentic lifestyle and lead my classes in away that refrelcts this too.
