Frances is an E-RYT yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges that she both has completed a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS and has instructed more than hours post her hr yoga teacher training of which at lease hours were post her hour YTT Yoga was divinely introduced to Frances when she was years old It literally walked into her life At the time present moment was working in a tanning salon "Divine Intervention" offered her a job as a receptionist at the yoga studio a few doors down "Divinity" was the owner of Zen of Movement Job Perk!?! Free yoga Thats how Frances first found the practice of yoga Beginning with Hatha she was eventually introduced to Vinyasa The sparks flew!!! And it didnt take long for Frances to learn that this was a practice beyond physical movement beyond Asana It was a practice for life for how to live life Rolling out her mat was and is time to sit with self To observe To be calm To be quiet To turn inward Eventually after about years of practice Universe came knocking again "Time to teach" It said As an eternal student teaching was welcomed but mostly begrudged She did pursue her hour teacher training in - and obtained E-RYT by mid- Frances enrolled in an advanced yoga teacher training shortly after and graduated in August It took Frances less than additional years to meet the teaching requirements to become an E-RYT Throughout her yoga teacher training and into her days as a yoga teacher Frances both asks and answers "How does one fill the huge shoes of the wise and benevolent teachers that have come before?!" "With practice I suppose And the knowing to always guide others within".
