Frances Uhrich E-RYT Frances has been practicing yoga for almost yrs Realizing all the benefits that came with a regular practice decided to take the next step on this journey I completed my hrs YTT from Zenya Yoga Academy and added to this by completing the hrs YTT also from Zenya Yoga Academy I have also completed Module I II and III of Yin Teacher Training with Biff Mithoefer Yoga has brought into my life an abundance of joy peace patience and a new found love of life I believe everyone can benefit from yoga and meditation little steps at a time just take the first one.
