Hi, I’m Francheska, a yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training (RYS 200 & 300).
My classes blend intuitive flow, somatic awareness, and functional movement to support students in feeling more at home in their bodies. I believe yoga is for every body and every schedule, and I offer practices that emphasize choice, sensation, and nervous system support.
