Frank has been a practicing yogi since 2021, and decided to pursue certification as a RYT-200 after witnessing the profound impacts of movement, breath work, yoga, and meditation in his own life and in that of his patients. He completed his RYT-200 at Peacebank Yoga Studio in Redwood City, CA where he continues to teach part time, while maintaining a busy surgical facial plastic surgery practice.
