Gabe had his first experience with Yoga in 2010.
Immediately intrigued, he continued to attend classes regularly for a few years. However, life would lead him down a different path for a while. Eventually, in 2019 he picked it up again, and in earnest. Rediscovering a passion for the art, within a year of getting into a somewhat regular practice, he decided to enroll to become a Certified Yoga Instructor. Gabe's practice equally prioritizes flexibility, mobility, balance, and strength. Through this multi-dimensional lens, Gabe strives to ensure his classes are accessible for all levels. He wants to make new practitioners feel welcome while challenging those with more experience. His compassionate enthusiasm shines through in each class.
