Gabriela Ferrat A Trilingual Yoga Instructor Based in Colorful Colorado… Gabriela, a former Professional Cyclist, believes that a Sound Mind in a Sound Body is what we all should strive to achieve. She finds that Yoga keeps her balanced Physically, Mentally and Emotionally, and would love to help her students reach that same balance. Gabriela (CYT, E-RYT200, E-RYT500 and YACEP) is a certified Hatha, Vinyasa, KindHot Signature Series, Nidra, Restorative, Tao Yin, Adaptive, Mending and Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor under the guidelines of Yoga Alliance. She is also trained in Pre/Post Natal, Kids, Teens, Seniors, Chair Yoga, and is a Vedic Astrologer and Life Coach as well. Guided by her thirst for Knowledge, she loves to study and apply her knowledge to her teachings. Her love of Science, Philosophy and Literature, opens her to whatever The Universe has to offer, Interweaving everything into Oneness and Interconnection. She empowers her students to take the Journey Inward. During her classes, she incorporates Strength, Flexibility, Stability, Anatomy, Alignment, Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Somatic, Ayurveda, Subtle Energy, Pranayama and Meditation, in order to Invigorate and Nourish her students, honoring the Breath and Body to refine the Inward Awareness and to create a Mindful Meditative Journey. She enables them to explore their own Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Transformation in pursuance of accessing their True Peace, their True Self, energizing their Bodies while calming their Minds, bringing them to a State of Serenity, Harmony and Equanimity.
