About
Teaching Chair Tai Chi with a splash of Yoga, Gentle Yoga for Back Care, Chair Yoga for Fall Prevention and Yoga Nidra Meditation.
For Veterans Yoga Project Studio and in person classes for Lakeside Center in Beaumont, Texas. I personally have chronic back pain due to some disc issues, si joint dysfunction, scoliosis, and rotated scoliosis. I have taken yoga for scoliosis training and gentle yoga for low back care training to help me reduce my daily chronic pain. It is my hope for you, that this Gentle Yoga for Low Back Challenges also gives you relief. Part of the equation of additionally reducing my daily chronic pain is to do a daily Yoga Nidra Meditation Practice. Please join me and see if you can lessen your challenges through these wonderful yoga classes offered by Veterans Yoga Project. If not my class, please check out other classes too! Thank you.
