Gail is the founder of Yoga Child the creator of A Peaceful Place Inside an award winning compilation of children&#;s yoga music and meditations and author of the Anh&#;s Anger Children&#;s books a trilogy of award winning picture books which teach children to navigate their stronger emotions through mindfulness and meditation Gail has taught yoga to children and adults since and is especially interested in providing students with the tools to integrate the practices of mindfulness and yoga both on and off the mat Most recently Gail has contributed to Shambala Sun Magazine  and has collaborated with international production company Mindful Cloud as screenwriter of the animated family film Planting Seeds of Mindfulness  Gail travels nationally and internationally to share her teachings and to facilitate yoga and mindfulness based educational conferences  Founded in by Gail Yoga Child continues to thrive as on organization providing its specialized yoga and mindfulness curriculum to children in Philadelphia based schools Prior to becoming a yoga teacher Gail was an attorney specializing in children&#;s advocacy law .
