Garry Appel is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Garry completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Samadhi Yoga in Denver and has completed two advanced 300-hour Yoga teacher trainings at a well-known Yoga school in Rishikesh, India, under the guidance of Guru Vishnu. In addition, he has completed studies in Yin, Yoga Nidra and is certified in many different Yoga styles. Garry is the author of two books, Learning Yoga - the Beginner's Step by Step Guide, and The Great Journey - Unraveling the Mystery Riddle of Reality, Self & Soul. In addition to his many weekly yoga classes, Garry also regularly leads Yoga and Meditation retreats.
