Hi It feels so weird to write a bio in the third person so Ill just talk to you like we are having a conversation OK? I wanted to become a yoga teacher to deepen my practice and help me connect my personal training clients to yoga I found yoga when I was young and going through treatment for heroin addiction which was rooted in trauma I experienced as a child Yoga helped me find peace forgiveness and joy in accepting life exactly as it is Its been a journey! My hobbies are cooking home fermentation foraging lifting weights hiking drawing writing and talking to strangers Im learning Italian so I can cook and talk to strangers in two languages! I live in Memphis Tennessee with my wife who is a designer and an amazing human.
