My teaching is rooted in authenticity, grace and compassion and I strive to create a welcoming space for those who are new to yoga or exploring it as a path of self-discovery. Through the practices of asana, breathwork, meditation and philosophy, I aim to guide students not just into postures but into presence, awareness and healing. I believe yoga is for everybody and every soul, and I'm committed to sharing it in a way that feels accessible, grounding and spiritually enriching."
