I am an E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP® and love sharing space with you! I believe that all bodies are unique unto themselves, and everyone's practice is their own. Quiet your mind and let my voice lead you, we will focus on your alignment and use modifications and props if needed to achieve the asana. Yoga is for everyone, but your journey is yours alone!
