Passionnée par le mouvement, j'aime encourager les autres sur la voie de l'équilibre et de l'amour de soi. Parfois doux, parfois dynamiques, mes cours sont adaptés aux élèves présents. Le yoga, c'est pour tout le monde et en tout temps. Movement and Nature are at the center of my life. That's how yoga charmed me, about 15 years ago, by enhancing my connection to the life within and around me. As an acrobat, I like to invite people to explore movement in a conscious way. Teaching yoga is nourishing and I hope it contributes to the wellness of those practicing together.
