George L Bonilla is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS Im a retired college professor who has acquired a new lease on life by being introduced to Yoga some years ago by two wonderful people; my daughter Cristina Bonilla and my Jogan Yogini teacher Newsha Sarafha I have also completed training with Veterans Yoga Project This training will allow me to understand the issues of post-traumatic stress and other trauma-related challenges how those issues are related to underlying neurobiology and how to use this understanding to most effectively teach yoga to individuals recovering from trauma Im also a nature photographer and this being in touch with nature falls right along with being a Yogi I am enjoying this new life trip!.
