Passionate about yoga for 19-plus years, I finally took the yoga teacher-training plunge and added "RYT 200" after my name in March, 2015 and an "E-RYT 200" to my name in January, 2019! Currently, I teach two Yogalicious! classes in Wilmington, NC--at Porters Neck Yoga Co-op and at Terra Sol Sanctuary, as well as summer classes at the Figure Eight Yacht Club, private classes on the beach for local residents and tourists, and subbing at the local YMCA.

Planning class sequences and putting together non-traditional playlists are two key components in keeping my classes fresh and unique. With a life-long fear of being upside down, headstands are now a part of my regular practice, which is why I'm a living testament to the adage, "Never say never".
