I am an RYT- registered with Yoga Alliance I completed my Hatha yoga teacher training at Beyond Yoga Studio & Wellness Centre in Kanata Ontario in November Yoga is where I find my calm and steadiness amidst the noise and chaos of our day-to-day lives I am comfortable teaching all levels of students and enjoy adapting sequences and asanas to the needs and interests of the classes I teach I am also trained in Chair Yoga or yoga for seniors Fun fact: The ‘wildest place Ive ever practiced yoga was in Serengeti National Park in Tanzania.
