Gina has always been curious and anxious to learn.
She has always enjoyed being active and getting outside to play. Gina found trapeze yoga in 2020, it was then that she realized yoga was the only time she could really stop her racing mind and focus on moving her body. Gina found Indra’s Grace in 2023, and all the pieces of the puzzle finally started to come together. She started the 200-hour yoga teacher training in January 2024, which proved to be an incredible journey of growth and healing. As a tactile learner, she finally found something she was able to learn and practice physically, she was able to not only see it, but to actually feel it and experience all that yoga has to offer. Gina enjoys studying all aspects of yoga, she loves to practice the pause and take life one inhale and exhale at a time.
