What I discovered after my first yoga practice is how different I felt as a whole was so much more than just physical I immediately experienced more balance in my mind body and soul Yoga is truly the best for relieving never ending stress one can endure through lifes hurdles and adventures I committed myself in to make time for my practice no matter what Its truly amazing how hour of asanapostures with pranayama breath practice can transform me into a calm peaceful and tranquil being Then the added bonuses of realizing you have more energy strength flexibility sturdiness balance patience improved breath skin tone youthfulness awarenessthe list goes on Ive never met a yogi who didnt agree % Hence yogas growing popularity I decided to teach because I am so passionate about yoga and believe its great benefits should be shared with whoever has the slightest interest Whether its one yogi at a time or a group class As Maya Angelou said “When you learn teach when you get give” So I shall for the rest of my earthly life We opened Fusion Yoga & Wellness in so we could encourage and enable other teachers to do the same fusing their different styles creating the perfect blend towards peace and wellness for our students and community When our light shines a little brighter we illuminate the space within and around us which is then shared with others Beacons of hope good health serenity and so much more Yoga is not a destination but rather a journey It doesnt matter where we start and there is no finish line If you are new to yoga or experienced please join me in sharing your yoga practice and I am sure we can have some fun and enjoy the journey together Gina Marie Goodrich is a Hour Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS She is also a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher and teaches all Reiki Practitioner levels.
