These sessions can be for restorative work, the absolute beginner yogi or a more advanced student looking for instruction on inversions or arm balances, etc. I now also offer 3-4 classes per day, Tuesday-Saturday at Javanese Yoga Wellness. All practices are developed around the based of Hatha (flowing) style of yoga. I offer Basic/Intermediate Yoga, Gentle to deep Stretch Yoga, and Sound Healing. You can reserve a space for one of these practices at https://www.javaneseyogawellness.com Yoga is a wonderful gift for every BODY. It is never too late to incorporate yoga into your life. If you are looking to start yoga, but are unsure of the group class setting, through private lessons I can help you gain the knowledge and confidence you need. I think one of the greatest gifts of a yoga teacher is what we learn from our students! Each time on the mat is a new opportunity for growth. I am grateful that I get to share that experience with so many genuine people before moving to this area. I have over 1,500 hours of yoga teaching experience and am constantly working to expand my knowledge of yoga. Hide Full Bio ▲ First Registered December 2016 Teaching Experience
