Gia, a native of Scranton, PA, graduated magna cum laude from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a B.S.

in Exercise Science and a minor in dance. Gia completed WCU’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, based upon the curriculum laid out by Yoga Alliance. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at MCPHS University in Worcester, MA, where she graduated in 2018. As a dancer, Gia trained at Ballet Theatre of Scranton and performed with West Chester University Dance Company in both local and international concerts, presenting choreography in both the US and Europe. She also worked as a dance instructor in the West Chester and Scranton areas, and as a faculty assistant for NEIU #19’s Arts Alive Performing Arts Workshop, primarily in the junior division. Gia currently works as a physical therapist in New York City at MPG One Wellness, where she also serves as a private yoga instructor.
