I was certified in 2017 after completing my training with Drishtiq Yoga Studio in Mason Ohio.
I taught warm and hot vinyasa style yoga at Drishtiq until March of 2022. At that point, the owner of the studio, Amy Vetter asked me to create a series of online yoga classes for her B3 Institute. I created 3 courses for Eight Limb Yoga, Hatha Yoga and an Anatomy and Physiology Course. I really enjoy taking yoga out of the studio and into public venues to expose more people to benefits of yoga. I currently do this with teachers and students at Lakota East Freshman School.
