I am a current Medical Student at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and a 200 RYT with Yoga Alliance.
I found my love for yoga in 2019 when I was struggling with my mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. Yoga helped me find balance and clarity and that is why I strive to offer improved health, happiness, and gratitude for all my yoga students. I am currently working on becoming a Yoga Medicine Therapist Specialist, 500 RYT with Yoga Alliance, and a physician. I hope you decide to join me on my teaching and learning journey.
