Her focus is on offering trauma-informed, accessible and adaptive yoga to people of all ages and abilities. Gloria is also a holistic occupational therapist and has experience working with clients from infants to seniors. She has taken additional training in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Cancer, Sensory Enhanced Yoga, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Accessible Yoga.
