Grace Balison

Most of the time, I am running around as a Recreation Supervisor for the City of Coralville Parks and Recreation Dept. after kids at before and after school program and summer camp! My job has lead me to become passionate about sharing the importance and impact that movement has not only on children, but every body! I began practicing yoga in high school many years ago, but became consistent in fall of 2022. In April 2024, I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher training. I am certified in Children's Yoga, Yin Yoga Level 1 & Level 2, Pilates, Yoga Sculpt & Strengthen and Total Body Barre!
