Yoga has changed my mind-body connection, allowing me to recover from multiple injuries over the course of ten years of active duty military service.
I believe that yoga is for everyone. I encourage my students to develop control over their bodies and minds by improving strength, flexibility, and breath work. My classes combine mobility work in a dynamic vinyasa flow style that is sometimes accompanied with a yin or restorative approach. My goal is to make yoga accessible to all types of people and to encourage “sensation” over “shapes.”
