My name is Grace and I am honored to share a yoga practice with you I am an RYT- clinical therapist and eager student of life I believe that there is so much power in knowing our minds and bodies understanding them as keepers of their own separate knowledge and cultivating connection between the two-- both on and off the mat I believe that only when we can befriend our bodies and embrace all the challenging physical and emotional sensations humans are capable of experiencing can we truly find whole wellbeing I firmly believe yoga pranayama and meditation are powerful tools to help create strengthen and maintain the important connection between our mind and bodies and I am passionate about sharing these tools with you exactly as you are and where you are in your life journey.
