Gretchen's yoga classes are based on the principles of positive psychology, are trauma informed and inclusive for all levels and abilities. Gentle Hatha yoga and Yin yoga are classes that you'll find with Gretchen in person and online. She teaches at the Alaska Club, hosts retreats in the spring and summer.
