Griselda Colucci hr E-RYT with over a decade of experience in yoga and movement blending classical training with a trauma-aware heart-centered approach I began practicing yoga in drawn to its strength and fluidity and completed my hr YTT in Florida in after transitioning from a background in Dance & Pilates In I deepened my practice in Mysore India earning my hr certification in traditional Ashtanga yoga under Yogacharya Praveen and Sir Arya Sanath Rameshji In addition to my foundational training I hold certifications in Yin Restorative and Reiki as well as studying under Tim Feldman Micheal Johnson and Kino MacGregor My classes and coaching sessions offer a grounded intuitive space where students reconnect with their inner resilience clarity and calm I specialize in leading private sessions group classes.
